Firstly I want to say how sorry I am that your beautiful little boy p***ed away - life is so unfair.
Martin has found some links on the internet that may help explain what is lissencephaly. It appears to be rare disorders and you will probably find that very few people have heard of it.
Really hope someone can help yopu out.

Regards
Maeve
